If I read one more GODDAMN STORY about how LA is full of fake people I SWEAR TO GOD I WILL PUNCH SOMEONE IN THE FACE.

I think it's partially true. Like, LA really isn't a city that gives a damn about you. But it's also a city that can be very casually kind or where you can find a community that fits you or where you can make a community that fits you. So I don't know. I think it is very. It is very southern Californian and determinedly Not New York and it is where the hippies and the upmarket consumers can shop at the same places and no one blinks an eye.

I like it.
