imaginary people

I am reading a book about pseudo-vikings and pseudo-welsh people (last light of the sun by ggk) and in the absence of me noticing descriptors, pretty much everyone in the books looks like a variation of Jason Momoa, Dwayne Johnson, or Kal Penn.

and this is why I cannot play the casting game very well. Oh, you want a hot person who kicks ass?

Look, I'm just saying, reading about pseudo-vikings is WAY MORE ENTERTAINING when I'm imagining this guy wielding a giant weapon and smiting people for vengeance.

also, I really like his ink.

also, his ass.

and if I've got to imagine the pseudo-welsh, he's not a bad way to go.

you know, whatever, clearly I imagine pseudo-vikings and pseudo-welsh people to live in the pacific. and to run around without their shirts an awful lot.

in my head, he's the emo welsh asskicking guy. SO MUCH MORE ENTERTAINING THIS WAY.

but you know, I don't dislike white people. Some of them can be pseudo-vikings.

especially this one.

My fantasy movie is still a remake of Tango and Cash starring Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel.

I like your casting, and wish to spread it along to actual casting people.

Oooooooh. That movie needs to happen RIGHT NOW.

Just imagine how much more entertaining a lot of fantasy movies would be if Jason Momoa and Dwayne Johnson got to run around and beat things up together while wearing leather pants! And maybe Karl Urban could be there in the background. You know. Just for diversity's sake.
