upon rewatching "The Thin Dead Line"

GUNN/WES OTP!

OH GUNN. OH WES. OH BOYS.

pssst. lj. i'll tell you a secret:

i really like gunn a lot. I ship them really hard because wes makes gunn smile a big happy smile and gunn does the same for wesley and there's bedside vigils and oh oh oh i love them <33333333

sometimes I want to shake them during the re-arc and go, no boys run away with cordelia and have a happy threesome away from broody mcbroodypants and maybe take virginia with you so that she can also have happy times because she is awesome and i love her and she's virginia. but mostly more gunn. mmmm.

and in conclusion: gunn ftw.

(also: verona beach. still the best fictional setting y/n?)

(bandom verona beach ftw, y/y/mfy? seriously.)

Definitely. There was more to Fred than being the woman on a pedestal love interest. It annoys me when reasonable personalities are overturned to trump up drama over an unlikely love affair.

I liked Fred a lot right up until the love triangle became insanely tedious. And it wasn't even that she broke up my OTP so much as it was...well, *why* did we need to go there? They were fine being all friends.

Ugh. Unnecessary romance.

They were!

That what I felt was the destruction of Cordelia's character also involved her and Angel getting into a tedious romance doesn't help either. I did not understand the obsession with pairing people up.

Bah. Yes. I was (and still am) dead set against Cordelia/Angel, just because it ruined everything. Bah x1000000.
