I actually turned it off because I was channel surfing but applaud you for busting out your Aaron/Mahandra icon, a couple who make everything better.

They were rather overwhelmingly subtexty, weren't they? I assume the one who was lying about how much action he was getting is actually gay and wobbling between the Conflicted and Terrified hangers in his closet, whereas his emo-haired friend will have his heterosexuality strongly asserted with Blonde Bicycle Girl.

Agreed, on all counts. Honestly, I don't see why Bruce can't have been British. He could have just immigrated to America and then gone to Harvard's business school or something. At least that way, I wouldn't have to deal with J-Dav's wonky attempts at sounding American on top of Bruce being a shallow dick. One or the other is tolerable, but both? Oy.

I enjoyed Molly Parker and Lana Parilla, though.

I'm mostly just in it for the eye candy; otherwise, there's really nothing about the show that would pull me in to watch it.

But yeah, I don't exactly understand why Bruce isn't British. It wouldn't change anything! And then, uh, he could talk and I would be entranced by the talking and totally ignore what the words are.

I'm kind of interested to see how far this show can push the envelope before it gets cancelled and I think those kids will be part of it.

...also the fourgy. but that's kind of a given.
