Wouldn't that be the best movie *ever*? There could also be the Elder Statesmen scene, where Perry, Jim Gordon, Alfred, and Lucius Fox hang out and be totally awesome together.
I have had so many conversations about how awesome it would be to get Christian Bale's Batman and Brandon Routh's Superman together in a World's Finest movie. Where they first encounter each other, and discover their secret identities, and generally don't get along at all, except for the fact that's it's Love.
Bale's Batman and Routh's Superman fit together very very well. They're hitting that same age range, the movies themselves are tonally similar enough that it's not...jarring to imagine them interacting, and then they would totally get their respective bitches on while fighting crime together.
And you *know* that they had a snarktastic little convo during Superman's pitstop in Gotham.
Supes: "Hey. So...I'm back." Bats: "..." Supes: "Did you miss me?" Bats: "No." Supes: *big smile* "You totally missed me." Bats: "I hate you." Supes: "Tell Alfred I said hi." Bats: *throws a batarang at Superman's head* Supes: "You know, a hug says hello just as well as a concussion."

Alas, I do not. I am not so much...reading DCU fic as I am just enjoying the hell out of the DC animated universe. I'm sure other people have recs though!
