And yet, I will buy that bad boy in hardback because sometimes...well, mostly because sometimes I have no taste at all and should be ashamed of what I'll spend my money on. But I will say this for the My Little Sidhe Warriors Merry Gentry books, they are a solid two hours of hilarity and entertainment and improbable multi-colored hair porn sex.

Maybe this time there will be plot! That takes longer than an hour!

Dude, it is *amazing* how hearing the music from LotR takes me right back into watching it.

FotR for Boromir, poor fucked up beyond imagining Boromir who loves his land and loves his people and loves his pride and who has a problem seeing beyond the borders of Gondor; TTT for the Rohirrim and my Kingly Boyfriend, glorious and melancholy and ass-kicking and dying; RotK for Pippin and Eowyn and the battle at Pelennor Fields, death and glory and the determination to fight and hope and overwhelming odds.
