It's similiar to what it sounds like you have now, but with MORE help, more services. It's a home based hospice program, devloped to make it more humane for people to die at home.
And as a reaction to people who don't want to send their family members etc SOMEWHERE.
And hey, try to remember to have some time to take care of yourself too, not all the rest of your family.
