ipod question

my ipod will not play videos. It pretends to start them and then it just freezes and locks up the ipod.

does anybody know of any fixes?

Mine did that when I first got it. After upgrading the firmware it's been trouble free. However, this was a year ago, so I doubt that's your problem. Maybe it's a corrupt video file? Have you tried deleting any recent ones and playing something you know works?

I'll try reloading everything, but I've watched all the videos on my ipod before and they're all doing it. Aaagh.
