-My tendency toward mawkishly overwrought melodrama has to be curbed by other people, man. Left to my own devices, it's all touching and consumptive death scenes and heroic self-sacrifice and crying. No, I don't know where that comes from either. It betrays my cool and jaded cynical exterior and must be stopped. Possibly with zombies. (I'm kind of a marshmallow, I admit. I totally cry at the end of Titanic. Well, I used to. Now my mean grinchy heart just laughs. No, I still have not read/seen How The Grinch Stole Christmas. I fail at childhood.)

-Patrick Stump = still the best. The. Best. Pretty much at this point he would have to axe murder kittens to cease being The Best. (Patrick/Rihanna you guys. SERIOUSLY.)

-I need to replace my copies of The Princess Bride and Good Omens. hm. Now I need food, though.

UCI is offering a class in digital rhetoric. *grabbyhands* I wants it! It is precious to us!

...seriously though, it's an entire class on rhetoric and information dissemination and new media. How awesome is that?
