1) COMING BACK.
2) A manly hug that turns really awkward right up until Bishop says to Cole, "I love you, man." And Cole is all, "Get off me!" and Bishop kisses him on the cheek and is like, "I really do," and they laugh it off, except that Bishop is being totally sincere.
3) One of them gets shot! And there is a bedside vigil! It is my slash crack show and I don't care!
4) Undercover work. Somewhere really gay. I don't even care, man. It was just so gloriously trashily slashy and I still love it like cake.
5) Cole finds out who killed his wife and goes for revenge, only Bishop stops him from beating the hell out of the guy and he says, "You couldn't have lived with yourself." And Cole is all, "Yeah, yeah, okay. We'll arrest him and--" And then Bishop punches the killer and Cole says, "Hey! What the fuck?" and Bishop says, "I said you couldn't live with it. I'll be just fine. Read him his rights." And then they walk off into the sunset together and live snarkily ever after.

1. Yves Adele Harlow (The Lone Gunmen)
Because in addition to being smoking hot, Yves is smart, adaptable, and can kick some serious ass. Plus, hey! Yves could totally be a Bird. It's like the most efficient making out *ever*, hotness and recruitment drive all rolled into one.
2. James Norrington (Pirates of the Caribbean) Oh come on, like this wasn't going to be one of my answers. He's got focus, determination, and ruthlessness, he doesn't like crime, and he would *totally* think Babs was the most awesome person ever. Also, hot.
3. Susan Sto Helit (Discworld)
I don't have a lot of reason for this except that it would be *made of win*.
4. Eric Weiss (Alias)
Because sometimes you need straightforward and good natured and cuddlesome. And, again, he would just think she's the bee's knees. He totally has a thing
for supercompetent women who can kick his ass.
5. Teyla Emmagen (SGA)
For two reasons. a) Stick fighting and b) everyone should make out with Teyla.

2) That Nick has nightmares about his dead wife all the time. The ones where he finds her body are bad enough, but the ones where they're blissfully happy are the worst. Sometimes, he cries.
3) Bradley would totally do Nick. Nick knows this and thinks it is funny rather than just sad.
4) Elizabeth trampled all over every single rule the division has in place to get Jordan on the team. JP is suspicious of this and has plans of his own to take Jordan out if it turns out she's a double agent.
5) Nia is pretty much JP's plan. Nick is the backup.

1) Every time McKay makes him go get someone with the gene to do something so that McKay can analyze the data himself instead of McKay being the gene-user and Zelenka the data analyzer. It is insulting and it is a waste of everyone's time.
2) The first night on the planet with the children.
3) When McKay said nothing after Zelenka moved out of their shared lab. Zelenka does not think McKay even noticed.
4) When Zelenka first read one of McKay's papers on...he cannot even remember now, but it was brilliant and it set Zelenka's own work back a year.
5) After the ill-fated and ill-considered relationship between McKay Dr. Brown ended, she swore off physicists and engineers. Zelenka had had hopes in that direction, but she seemed determined and Zelenka does not go where he is not welcome.

1) When John and Elizabeth and Rodney forget that the people of Athos *chose* to give up the luxury of sophisticated technology in favor of survival and they speak to her as they would to a particularly slow child when showing her their wonders and marvels.
2) During the first nanovirus outbreak, when John endangered the city with his belief that he and he alone could prevent disaster.
3) During the meeting when Carson outlined his research and its possible uses against the Wraith, John had looked at her, confident in the surety of her support.
4) The day anyone had bothered to explain *all* of the self-destruct protocols to her, she had fixated on the destruction of the stargate. There is no other way off this planet and all that are left of her people are here. John had smiled and promised that her people would be evacuated if it became necessary. The smile and the casual ease of the promise did nothing to reassure her. Dr. Weir's earnestness and the hand on Teyla's arm while she explained the absolute necessity of preventing the Wraith from gaining access to Earth did less still.
5) When Aiden told them of slipping the Wraith enzyme into the food he had shared with them.

1) Play football. From what Sheppard says, he thinks he'd be good at it.
2) Go all out against Teyla. He's pretty sure it would be good and he's also pretty sure that she'd win.
3) Cook a meal. He was always good at it and it will make McKay shut up for a few minutes.
4) Spend a week playing with the Athosian children. He's always wanted some and he knows it in his bones that the Athosians are the closest he's going to get. He's okay with that.
5) Die.
