Super! Rise Against's cover of "For What It's Worth"

Not Super! Gym Class Heroes' cover of "Under the Bridge" (zomg guys, it's *awful*. Entertaining! But *awful*.)

Super! Pink sparkly rhinestone superman logo babydoll t-shirt.

Not Super! My mom trying to give away pink sparkly rhinestone superman logo babydoll t-shirt.

Super! Having energy.

Not Super! Twitching eye from caffiene overload.

Super! Bob saying Superman's his favorite superhero.

Not Super! Frank shaming him into changing it to the Hulk. You broke my heart there, Frank. Really, you did. Now I will have to write fic in which Bob must hide his love of Superman.

Super! Muuuuuusic.

Not Super! Having 3 gigs worth of duplicated tracks and not being able to delete them because then the albums won't be complete and that's just...no. Incomplete albums make me sad and kind of twitchy.

ETA:

Super! We're a Happy Family: A Tribute to the Ramones. Yes, the whole album.

Not Super! Gerard Way learned irony from the Smiths. Clearly, it didn't take. (And omg, seriously, who learns *irony* from the Smiths?)

Super! The Manic Street Preachers covering "Suicide is Painless."

Not Super! OH MY GOD, MY ITUNES GENRES ARE ALL FUCKY. *freaks out*

Super! Punk Goes Acoustic, vols. 1 and 2

Not Super! Punk Goes 90s. Wow, that's bad. A cover album full of songs from the 90s! The only Not Terrible song on there is the Plain White Ts cover of "Song 2," which, I swear to god, is the only song of which I've never heard a bad cover.

Frank can't break your heart! Frank is awesome and should be forgiven for any superhero related lapses.

Psst. Sometimes I take things people say too literally, and then I get ideas. Example: Super! Muuuuuusic.

People who delete tracks make the cylon baby jesus cry.

Either keep the whole cd or don't. You can move the tracks you like to a different playlist. Because that way, I don't get excited you gave me something, only to discover it's two songs.

Your preservation helps others. Because sometimes you need to find a bad song, and its just not there.

My multiple track deletion process goes like this:

1) Is it live? If yes, do not delete.
2) Of the multiple versions, is one of them on a Greatest Hits compilation? If yes, delete the Greatest Hits compilation version, thus preserving the integrity of the original album.
3) If there is significant and legitimate difference in the length and/or sound of the duplicate tracks, keep both.
4) B-sides and demos, keep.
5) Generally speaking, if the tracks duplicated are on soundtracks, it is a judgment call, though my inclination is to keep them.

I...am kind of odd about organizing my music.
