and man, how much do I LOVE the Baz Luhrmann Romeo + Juliet?

Anyway. There should be more Mercutio fic is what I'm sayin'. And that if my computer weren't eating itself, I would try to finish the vid. And also replace Tybalt's speech with bits from the Queen Mab speech.

p.s. if someone wanted to get on bandom in verona beach? I would not say no. tell me that frank doesn't fit there perfectly. tell me that. go on, try. I will call you a liar to your face.

p.p.s. harry lennix's aaron the moor and harold perrineau's mercutio are two of my favorite shakespearean characters on the screen. the third is jack davenport's prince malcolm.

p.p.p.s. elliot goldenthal's score for julie taymor's titus is utterly brilliant.

Twelfth Night/Macbeth (http://www.amazon.com/Twelfth-Night-Macbeth-Sean-Pertwee/dp/B0006IIOUY/ref=sr_1_1/102-3071154-5303344?ie=UTF8&s=dvd&qid=1193418246&sr=8-1)

It's kind of hilariously awesome. But Jack Davenport's Prince Malcolm is machiavellian and kind of gay.
