The only choice is Oasis or Oasis?

Yup!

(I have this theory that Oasis is THE band of the 90s because more than any other band, they're...defined by that decade. Like, they can't be separated from the 90s the way that *every other band in the world* can be.

...plus they are awesomely terrible which is kind of what I think of when I think of the 90s.)

Hee! I like both those songs and couldn't choose between them. Then my brain went 'what about!?' and 'what about...!!??' It's the nineties, man...

Awww!

I...like about four of their songs? And that is mostly because What's the Story Morning Glory is compulsively singable in a wonderfully awful karaoke way.

I can't believe you even had to poll for this. Wonderwall is obv the clear winner.

Heeeee! It is true that the first song I think of when I think of Oasis is "Wonderwall" but "Champagne Supernova" is also pretty awesome. Sometimes it is confusing!

Plus, as Amy says, they're both definitive in totally different ways.

Yeah, but you don't sing Champagne Supernova at 3am when you're utterly wasted and can't find your way out of the chip shop. ;)

Don't Look Back in Anger!

But of those two, definitely Wonderwall.

*giggle* I have an acoustic version of "Don't Look Back In Anger" that I was just listening to and I laughed and laughed.

Oh, Oasis.

Trick question. The answer is "The complete CD What's the story morning glory"

Or " Nevermind"

But surely Nirvana are grunge of the Nineties and therefore a different poll altogether.

Nirvana actually was on a different question entirely before I chucked it all and opted just for the Oasis one. The grunge question was all about Smells Like Teen Spirit vs Jeremy vs Black Hole Sun.

Champagne Supernova is even more tied to the decade than Wonderwall, thus making it THE song of the 90s.
