eta2: CMAR will always make me think Justin's a little creepy. It's an amazing song, but that video creeps my shit out.

eta3: ben folds + rufus wainwright, "careless whisper" is still my favorite cover song ever. EVER.

eta4: I have something like 40 songs about/that mention superman. um. not counting any of the score by john williams or john ottman. a super obsessed dork winner is me. right now I am listening to donovan's "sunshine superman." I'm sure you all care. God knows I don't really, but I am in a share-y mood.

I would kind of adore a Superman mix, if you should ever want to make one. I only have a couple songs (probably the most obvious ones-- Kryptonite and It's Not Easy) and I love them lots.

I also feel I should second the "Careless Whisper" thing, because YES. Although I also adore Great Big Sea's cover of "It's the End of the World As We Know It."

*adds to the list* I get very amused by Superman mixes, just because he's so often used as a metaphor for things that he shows up a lot in really random places. Oh Supes. *heart*

And I love that Great Big Sea cover so much.
