sense and sensibility
Mar. 2nd, 2008 12:03 pmso, I have spent a large part of the last week reading regency romances and now I REALLY REALLY REALLY want someone to write a bandom take on it. Not genderswap, though one day, remind me to dig out my FOB genderswap regency shenanigans, and not like, Madame Victoria's House of Discreet Gentlemen, but like. Just. Some kind of bizarre, nothing-at-all-to-do-with-any-kind-of-reality pete/patrick gay regency romance.
I DON'T EVEN KNOW, YOU GUYS.
Pete would have the worst reputation and everyone would be scandalized when he shows up places and Patrick would, uh, be a debutante? Or something. And he doesn't *really* care about making his debut, because he'd rather be writing music, but he wants to be married and have kids, so he's totally resigned to a season. And Pete would decide, HEY NOW, and start pursuing Patrick and maybe they waltz and Pete says inappropriate things and uh. Then there are censorious whispers! And such.
man, just the thought of it is making me ridiculously happy.
