-the new Hush Sound album (which is out tomorrow, yes?)
-for Fall Out Boy to cover "Toxic"
-a million dollars (which, if I had, I would use to buy a fur coat. But not a real fur coat -- that's cruel.)
-more vampire assassins in the CIA
-jeans that fit right
-a pony
-stories based on that one IOH picture where pete and joe look into a mirror and their reflections are patrick and andy, respectively
-barring that, more epic pete/patrick. because I was listening to "Saturday" and it made me smile.
-HAARP and **** to be out already, jeez
-toast.

icon keywords: baby bowler. Other people hated Mystery Men but I think it is a genius movie. GENIUS. First of all, hello, the cast! William H Macy, Janeane Garofalo, Eddie Izzard, Hank Azaria, Greg Kinnear, Geoffrey Rush, Ben Stiller, etc. Second of all, REALLY deadpan superheroes. Third of all, you get character names like Casanova Frankenstein and The Shoveler. Fourth of all, have I mentioned that I might maybe possibly have a thing for Janeane Garofalo?

I really, really wanted to like Mystery Men, but there was something missing that I can't put my finger on. I dunno. Maybe I would have liked it more without Ben Stiller. HATE him so much. . . .

Yes!

Well, no. Loved the movie, but have to agree on the Stiller part. It's just that he's usually the downside to really excellent movies that he's in. He'll get great people and just be the hole of the donut - excellence all around, suckage and void in the center.

It's not that I hate Mystery Men; there's just something about it that prevents me from loving it. :-/

As for Ben Stiller, just looking at him makes me want to punch him. The only two movies that I can even remotely stand him in is Zoolander, where he's supposed to be a dumbass, and Dodgeball, where I'm allowed, nay, encouraged to hate him. :)

I'm fond of Ben Stiller about half the time. Mystery Men is one of those times :)

Oh man I ADORE Mystery Men with so much lust and passion. I mean, deadpan superheros! THE SHOVELLER. HANK AZARIA. CASANOVA FRANKENSTEIN! Eddie Izzard being fat and Fauxmerican with big hair! CAPTAIN AMAZING!!! Honestly.

Wait, wait, and chicken rentals and TOM WAITS.

WHY DON'T I HAVE AN ICON?

It would be difficult, in my book, to not have a thing for Janeane. She's snide, smart and sarcastic, and cute as a button on top of it.

But Tom Waits! Dr. Heller: innovator, inventor, chicken rentals - and why is he at the rest home? "I'm here for the ladies."

And just when you think it couldn't get better, Louise Lasser!

a million dollars (which, if I had, I would use to buy a fur coat. But not a real fur coat -- that's cruel.)

LOL! What about a real green dress? Or some art-a Picasso or a Garfunkel? :)

more vampire assassins in the CIA

This can only improve the organization.

jeans that fit right

Yes! Hell, I'd settle for jeans that fit consistently-that is-jeans where a size 20 is always the same.

-stories based on that one IOH picture where pete and joe look into a mirror and their reflections are patrick and andy, respectively

Hmm....I have not seen this photo, but it sounds promising. Also, bandfic FTW!

Other people hated Mystery Men but I think it is a genius movie.

So much word.
So much.
