also, you guys, seriously, if there is a secret LJ community of good Avatar fanfic, I'm going to be so sad that I haven't found it.

maybe I will upload my Suki icon and make that default. hm.

There really isn't. It's very tragic. I found one rec list of somewhat decent fic, but even half the stuff on there was unreadable. Avatar fandom makes me sad.

I am working my way through Katara/Zuko fic at the Pit and then I figure I'll wade through AO3, but it is really disconcerting how hard it is to find the good stuff.

It's such a decentralized fandom, which makes it tough to start with, and then most of the fic is such crap. :( It's hard out here for an Avatar fan.
