the least interesting parts of this show are the ones that involve shue and finn. I like to call those parts the "going to the restroom OR kitchen OR making cookies parts."

Also, when I was in marching band, if someone acted the way Finn did and clearly couldn't commit to sparkle motion the activity, his ass would have been kicked out. So it keeps irking me that he doesn't get kicked out when everyone else -- including Puck, Brittany, Santana, Matt, and Mike -- made the commitment. And the guys made that commitment with the understanding (however temporary) that they would be off the football team if they did. ANYWAY.

How awesome is Rachel, you guys? And Santana&Brittany. And Jane Lynch.

ETA: SHUE, YOU ARE A DICK. DIAF.

*thumbs up* I agree, esp. Shue. Finn's nice enough even if he's dumber as a rock, but Shue... just has too many "You should know better, mister" moments. He makes me feel like my (non-existant) aunt Mildred.

I keep running into a conflict between what I think is happening on the show (that the show is playing a long game and subtly criticizing Shue) and what I'm afraid is happening (that they think Shue's a good guy instead of a Nice Guy (tm)).

And Finn's inability to commit to anything is actually getting on my nerves. I can forgive a lot for being rock stupid, but Brittany's dumber than he is and she is actually committed to more than he is.

This post mirrors my opinions exactly. For me, I think it's the love triangles that leave me uninterested. My interest in love triangles is pretty much non-existent.

Yeah, I find I have way less patience for the triangles because they're just so...contrived and it's frustrating.

It doesn't really help that I just don't like Shue at all and am well on the way to disliking Finn too.
